  • Booking details: the services, dates and times you book, and notes you add.
  • Payment details, which are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Messages you send us by text, chat, phone or email.

How we use it

  • To schedule, confirm and remind you about sessions.
  • To process deposits, payments and memberships.
  • To answer your questions and provide customer support.
  • If you opt in, to send occasional studio offers and updates.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the consent box when booking, or otherwise opt in, we will text you at the number you provide about bookings, reminders, account notices and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the studio (such as our scheduling, messaging and payment platforms), only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or ask us to update or delete your information by contacting us below.
